How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact Us: Initiate your refund by contacting our customer support team through our Support page (which opens the Customer Portal). Please include your order number and, optionally, the reason for requesting a refund, though you are not required to provide one.
  2. Processing Your Refund: Once we receive your refund request, we will process it in 7 days. The refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. Please note that the timing of the refund appearing on your credit or bank statement can vary based on the policies of the payment provider.

Your Statutory Rights

Your statutory consumer rights – including any withdrawal or cancellation periods required under the laws of your country of residence – are unaffected by this policy and always take precedence over it.

Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access to PDF to Markdown until then. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period, unless required by law. Plans marked as Free involve no payment and are therefore not subject to refunds.

Exceptions

We may decline a refund request where there is evidence of fraud, abuse of this policy, or other manipulative behavior.

If you purchased through a third-party platform – for example the Chrome Web Store or another app marketplace – that platform's own refund policy governs your purchase instead of this one.
