Start free. Upgrade for capacity and priority.
Every plan uses the same converter. Paid tiers add queue capacity, larger files, longer time budgets, retention, webhooks and higher queue priority on a dedicated paid pool – so paid jobs don't wait behind the free backlog.

Monthly pages (fair use). This is a soft monthly threshold, not a hard cap. If you go past it within a billing cycle, your jobs keep running but at standard (free) priority for the rest of the cycle, with every other limit (slots, file size, time budget, retention, webhooks) unchanged. It resets each cycle. The Free tier already runs on the shared pool, so no separate threshold applies to it.
Queue priority. Free and anonymous jobs run on a shared pool at standard priority. Paid jobs run on a dedicated paid pool (and can also use the shared pool), so they aren't stuck behind the free backlog. Each higher tier is scheduled ahead of the tiers below it, so a Business job goes before a Pro job, and a Pro job before a Builder job.
Enterprise
Custom limits for high-volume pipelines: on the order of 200 slots, 500 MB files, ~115-min budgets, 48-hour retention, 100 API keys and webhooks, 8 concurrent conversions and the top queue band, plus security review and a support agreement. Limits are tailored to your workload.
The same engine, more headroom
Paid latency means higher queue priority plus a dedicated paid conversion pool – not isolated infrastructure or a hard guarantee. Paid jobs simply don't wait behind the free backlog.
More slots
Run more conversions in parallel without hitting the slot ceiling.
Bigger files
Convert larger PDFs, up to 100 MB on Business.
Longer budgets
More processing time per document, so long files are returned whole instead of truncated.
Longer retention
Results stay available longer before auto-deletion, from 6 to 24 hours.
Webhooks & batch
Get notified instead of polling, and create jobs in batches.
Higher priority
Higher queue priority on a dedicated paid pool, so paid jobs jump the free backlog.
Billing questions
Do I need an account or a card to start?
No. The Free tier works anonymously in the browser with no card. A free Google account adds an API key and hosted MCP. You only enter payment details when you choose a paid plan.
Can I start checkout without logging in?
Yes. This page is reachable without login; you can pick a paid plan and start checkout with just an email, which is captured at that step.
How do upgrades, downgrades and cancellation work?
You can change or cancel your plan any time from the billing portal. Changes take effect according to your billing cycle; cancelling keeps access until the period you've paid for ends.
How is my subscription activated after payment?
Activation is confirmed asynchronously via a billing webhook, which is the source of truth – not the redirect back from checkout. Your tier appears once the webhook is processed; the extension and web app reflect it automatically.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
New limits (slots, file size, time budget, retention) apply going forward. Already-converted results follow the retention window that applied when they were created, then auto-delete as usual.
How do I manage billing or get an invoice?
Use the billing portal to update payment details, view invoices, or cancel. Open the billing portal →
What's the difference between monthly and yearly billing?
Yearly plans charge the price of 10 months for 12, so you save about two months versus paying monthly (for example, Builder is $90/year instead of $108). Features and limits are identical – only the billing interval differs. You can switch between monthly and yearly any time from the billing portal.
What is the monthly page fair-use limit?
Paid tiers include a soft monthly page threshold for fair use. If you pass it within a billing cycle, your jobs keep running but at standard (free) priority for the rest of the cycle, with every other limit (slots, file size, time budget, retention, webhooks) unchanged. It resets each cycle – it's not a hard cap and never blocks conversions.
Do you offer refunds?
If you were charged in error or something went wrong with your subscription, contact us at [email protected] and we'll help sort it out. You can also cancel any time from the billing portal to stop future charges.
